How long does delivery take?
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–4 working days) and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days). Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Swimwear must be unworn, with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?
Our knitwear is designed for a flattering fit.
Please refer to our size guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, email support@kalasi.co.uk and we’ll be happy to recommend the best size.
How do I care for my knitwear?
- Hand wash in cold water or use a delicate cold cycle.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Do not tumble dry.
-Lay flat to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.
-Do not wring or twist the fabric.
-Cool iron if needed.
-Avoid rough jewellery or surfaces that may snag the knit.
